SANDY HORTON
The artwork of Sandy Horton has been described as vibrant, exciting, thoughtful and inspiring. She loves exploring the abstract qualities of everyday items and uses rich color and texture in her oil paintings which have featured a wide variety of subject material ranging from natural themes such as flowers, leaves and mountains to celestial representations of suns and stars to unique interpretations of cows, trains and tikis.
Sandy Horton is a resident of Radford and is excited to show her work at the Art Pannonia gallery in Blacksburg. She hashad several one-woman shows at various locations in the New River Valley. She graduated from Lynchburg College with a BA degree with a concentration in painting.
